The Classic Wine Shop was launched in November 2010. We specialise in selling modern style wines, approachable in character and ready to drink immediately. We have a unique selection process involving the whole wine shop team, despite how acclaimed a wine might be, if we don't have a unanimous love of that wine, then we just don't list it.
We stock wines from every major wine producing country, including all styles of still, fortified & sparkling. We just love quirky wines. All the wines are displayed with technical information and tasting notes. We are very proud the the worlds top wine accreditation bodies agree with our choice, this born-out by the fact that a large proportion of our portfolio has won one or more major wine awards.
We also have a growing range of top quality boutique spirits, plus a small range of great local bottled, beers, cider and Perry.
