We have many tastings throughout the year, At our winter portfolio tasting in October 2007, we will show over fifty wines in an informal environment, we also have several regional, winemaker or theme tastings which are of a more tutored style.

Gourmet Night with Wine Tasting at The Feathers at Brockton 27th June 2007 Nr Much Wenlock, Shropshire.

Shropshire Chef, Paul Kayistou, will prepare a classic extravaganza of fine seasonal cuisine using only Shropshire's finest ingredients.

A relaxed evening, starting with a wine tasting presented by Classic-wine.co.uk, followed by four courses of inspired cuisine all of local produce, each course accompanied by a matched wine which will be personally introduced by our local wine guru.

Matching Fish with Wine at The Coach and Horses 28th June 2007 SWAN HILL, SHREWSBURY, SHROPSHIRE, SY1 1NF

An evening dedicated to matching fantastic fish with wonderful wine.

This wine orientated evening has become a regular monthly event, with a different theme each month. It's a low budget affair and has rapidly built-up somewhat of a cult following.

The venue is ideal to host such an evening, full of character and characters alike. The format takes on a very informal structure designed not to intimidate those new to wine, yet offer the connoisseur an eclectic melange of fine wines to taste and match with the superbly presented fish courses.
