Asparagus pea & sorrel soup served chilled in a demi tasse

Accompanied by: Carménere, 'Armador' from Odfjell Vineyards

Salad of roasted red onion chicory & grilled asparagus with Brock Hall goat’s cheese & a lovage & chive dressing
Accompanied by: Sauvignon Blanc, 'Zephyr', Glover Family Vineyards

Baked asparagus & mussel pancake topped with Wrekin white cheese
Accompanied by: Rosado Giné Giné, Buil and Giné.

Grilled Shropshire Lamb chop served with wild mushroom & asparagus risotto with oregano & lemon jus
